At Hafiz SEO Tools, we provide shared access to premium SEO, AI, and digital marketing tools through a group-buy subscription model.
 Our mission is to make these high-value tools affordable and accessible for students, freelancers, marketers, and digital professionals.

⚡ About Group-Buy Tools

  • All tools offered on our platform are shared resources (not private accounts).
  • Due to shared access, minor downtime or limited features may occur occasionally — this is normal in all group-buy systems.
  • Our team works continuously to maintain stable access and quickly fix any issues that appear.
  • Tools labeled “Under Testing” are in the trial stage and not guaranteed. They may be changed or removed if official platforms block group access.

Bonus Tools are complimentary add-ons. They work normally but are not guaranteed and may be removed or replaced at any time.

🔄 Tool Downtime & Fixing Process

Since these are shared tools:

  • Tools may automatically log out, update, or temporarily limit access.
  • If a tool isn’t working, please wait a few minutes and check again later.
  • Still facing an issue? 📸 Send a screenshot or short video to our support team — we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
  • If a tool account is banned or restricted by its official website, our team will contact the provider or replace the account. This process may take some time depending on the situation.

💰 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only in genuine cases where:

  • Three or more primary tools in your package are non-functional for at least 3 consecutive days, and
  • You have reported the issue to our support team with clear proof (screenshot or short video).

All complaints are first verified on our system.
 If the tools are confirmed to be working correctly from our end (and accessible to other users), the issue may be caused by:

  • Browser cache or conflicting extensions,

  • Weak or unstable internet connection, or

  • VPN/device-related technical issues.

In such cases, our support team will help you troubleshoot, but refunds will not apply, as the tools are functional from our side.

If the issue is verified on our end and remains unresolved for more than 3 days, we will process a refund after deducting the charges for the working days already used, based on your subscription plan.

🚫 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Temporary tool errors, login issues, or slow performance due to shared access.
  • Issues with Bonus or Under Testing tools.
  • Wrong plan selection or change of mind after purchase.
  • Tool feature limitations (e.g., usage limits, word caps, export restrictions).
  • Policy violations, account sharing, or misuse of the platform.

🔒 Right to Modify or Replace Tools

If any tool’s official website blocks or restricts group access, Hafiz SEO Tools reserves the right to remove or replace that tool without prior notice.
 We continuously monitor and update our servers to maintain stable performance and fair access for all users.

📩 How to Request a Refund

 Include the following details:

  • Registered name or email
  • Payment receipt or transaction ID
  • Screenshot or short video of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 working days.

✅ Final Note

Our services are provided at group-buy rates, not full retail subscription prices.
 By purchasing any plan or tool, you acknowledge and agree that minor downtime, shared access limitations, and tool replacements are normal in a group-buy system.
